1. How do I place an order?
You may order on our website or for custom designs please WhatsApp us for consultation.
2. How many days in advance should i place an order?
To avoid disappointment, as early as possible. Everything on our menu is pre-order basis.
3. Do you do deliveries or offer self pick up?
We have our own delivery services, we do not use 3rd party delivery service unless a unavoidable situation occurs (customers will be notified if so).
NOTE: Please do not compare our pricing with other 3rd party delivery services. We have proper equipment to ensure our products arrives safety and chilled. We take full responsibility over the delivery.
Self pick up is available from 12:00pm - 3:00pm . Please prepare a cooler bag/ ice box.
4. Can I choose a specific time for delivery?
Unfortunately no. As we cannot predict the days traffic etc. Our fees are optimal to the route as well. You can opt for self pick up and arrange your own delivery by any 3rd party delivery service.
NOTE: We are not responsible for any damages or missing deliveries if customers opt for their own delivery. Once our products are handed over. Order is considered completed.
5. Can you help me arrange a surprise delivery?
STRICTLY NO. We have experience many occasions whereby, recipient is not even home.
6. Is your products HALAL?
We do not use any non-halal ingredients in our products. Our gelatine is Fish Grade as well.
7. Do you have wish cards?
Yes, We have simple complimentary cards.
8. Does your products have nuts?
Yes, Unfortunately we are not a nut free cakery.
9. Any vegan or gluten free options?
At the moment, we only have gluten free options. We are still working on our Vegan Menu. Please stay tuned.
