1. How can I place an order?
You can place an order through our website for all standard menu items. For custom designs or inquiries, please contact us via WhatsApp for a consultation.

2. How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order as early as possible to secure your preferred date and avoid disappointment. All items on our menu are available on a pre-order basis.

3. Do you offer delivery or self-pickup?
Yes, we offer both:

  • Delivery: Powered by Lalamove. For a smooth experience, please review our Delivery Terms of Service.

  • Self-Pickup: Available from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We recommend bringing a cooler bag or icebox to maintain product quality during long journey transports.

4. Can I select a specific time for delivery?
While we strive to accommodate your preferences, we advise selecting an earlier time slot to account for traffic or unforeseen delays. Ensure the recipient is available to receive the delivery.
Note: If you arrange your own delivery, we are not responsible for any damages or issues once the product has left our premises.

5. Can you assist with arranging a surprise delivery?
Unfortunately, no. Based on past experiences, surprise deliveries often face complications, such as the recipient not being available to accept the order.

6. Are your products HALAL?
We do not use any non-Halal ingredients in our products. The gelatin we use is certified beef gelatin or fish gelatin. We are a muslim-friendly.

7. Do you provide wish cards?
Yes, we offer simple complimentary wish cards to accompany your order.

8. Do your products contain nuts?
Yes, some of our products may contain nuts. We are not a nut-free cakery, so we advise caution for those with nut allergies.

9. Are there any vegan or gluten-free options available?
We currently offer gluten-free options. Our vegan menu is under development, so please stay tuned for updates!

10. Can I customize the design of my order?
Yes, custom designs are available for certain products. Please WhatsApp us to discuss your requirements and receive a personalized consultation.

11. What should I do if I can’t pick up my order during the scheduled time?
If you cannot pick up your order within the designated time slot, please inform us in advance to discuss alternatives. Orders not picked up on the scheduled date and time will not be refunded or credited.

12. Do you have allergen-free options?
While we do offer gluten-free products, our kitchen handles allergens such as nuts, dairy, and eggs. We cannot guarantee allergen-free items.

13. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Modifications or cancellations are accepted with at least 7 days' notice before the order's due date. Cancellations will be issued as store credit valid for 365 days.

14. What happens if I encounter an issue with my delivery?
If delivery is handled by us or our third-party service, please contact us immediately for assistance. However, we are not liable for issues during transport if you have arranged delivery independently.

15. What should I know about the quality of your products?
All our products are handcrafted with premium ingredients. Variations in appearance may occur due to the artisanal nature of our work.

16. How do I store your products after purchase?
Storage instructions are provided with each product. Generally, items should be kept cool and away from direct sunlight or heat. Refrigeration is required for perishable goods.

17. Do you accept last-minute orders?
We handle orders on a pre-order basis to ensure quality and freshness. Last-minute orders may be accommodated depending on availability, but this is not guaranteed.

18. What should I do if I forgot to include a message for my cake?
If no message is provided during checkout, please contact us as soon as possible.
