Order and Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time of placing orders, whether through our website or via WhatsApp.
Due to the meticulous, handcrafted nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once an order is placed.
Order Pickup and Delivery
Customers are responsible for products once they are picked up or successfully delivered by our delivery personnel.
We are not liable for damages to products after they leave our premises unless delivered by our staff.
Once an order is picked up and signed for, it is considered "accepted."
Uncollected orders will not be refunded or credited for future purchases.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds, if applicable, will be issued as store credit only (valid for 365 days). No cash or monetary refunds will be provided.
Refunds are granted only if the product is refused at the time of pickup or delivery.
Take it or Leave it Policy: If a refund is granted, the product must not be accepted. You cannot keep the product and request a refund. No partial refunds will be entertained under any circumstances. This is a “take it or leave it” policy. If you accept the product, it is considered final.
We are not responsible for any expense you may incur for replacing our product.Changes or cancellations are allowed with at least 7 days' notice prior to the order's due date. Cancellations will be issued as store credit.
Artistic Disclaimer
All orders are handmade, and decorative finishes are subject to our artistic interpretation.
While reference photos may be provided for inspiration, exact replicas of other designs will not be created.
Message on Cake Policy
If no specific instructions (writing on cake), remarks, or requests are provided by the customer at the time of order placement, the order will be processed "as is" according to our standard designs and specifications.
Delivery Information
Deliveries are made via third-party services. For self-pickup, customers arranging their own delivery must select transportation by car to ensure the safety of fragile products.
We are not responsible for incidents during transport arranged by third-party services.
Pricing and Errors
In the rare event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to notify you and cancel the order. Cash refunds will only be provided in this specific case.
Unforeseen Circumstances
Delivery delays or order postponements may occur due to weather or natural disasters.
